Return of Goods

We want you to be happy with your purchases from us. If you are unhappy with any item, please call us on 0115 824 0777 or email us on info@newlifepublishing and we will do everything within our power to resolve the situation.

If you place an order as a consumer (as defined by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000) you may cancel the order at any time within seven (7) working days of receiving the goods without any liability to us. You will be responsible for returning the order to us in re-saleable condition. This does not apply to goods which have been specifically tailored to your specifications (e.g. NEW LIFE localised editions).
